The Allrounder
SAFELINE VARIO is the compact safety control system from DINA that monitors everything with maximum safety up to Performance Level e or SIL CL 3. It enables the monitoring of safety functions such as emergency stop, light barriers, door contact switches and much more. Its modular design allows it to be easily adapted to the user's requirements.
With its high processing quality and easy handling, the SAFELINE VARIO is the ideal solution for all complex applications in machine safety.
Standstill Monitor
The sensor-less standstill and speed monitoring systems work without a measurement system, a unique feature in both this compact size and type of module. They safely monitor 1- to 3-phase motors to up to 690V AC at PL e.
The standstill monitoring device DN3PS2 measures the electromagnetic force of a stopping engine. The volt-free outputs toggle when falling below the pre-configured switching threshold.
Speed Monitor
The SAFEONE DN3PD1/DN3PD2 speed monitoring modules monitor a speed range (SSR), a reduced speed (SLS) or a maximum speed (SSM).
With this variant, the frequency specified by the drive is reliably monitored.
On the SAFEONE DN3PD1, configuration and diagnostics are carried out with just one button and the two-color LED display directly on the front panel. Commissioning and troubleshooting can be carried out quickly and without additional tools.
In contrast, our latest development SAFEONE DN3PD2 can be easily configured via the innovative GO:Beyond software and USB interface.
Rotational Direction Monitor
Our rotational direction monitor DN3PR1 is an innovative safety module that can be used in many applications to ensure machine safety. This module monitors the rotational direction of drives and sends a safety stop signal in case of deviations from the intended direction.
It is easy to install and configure, providing reliable monitoring of the rotational direction.
